1. Are your products safe for all hair types?
Yes. Nature Endowed products are specially formulated for African hair textures — whether your hair is coily, curly, thick, dry, or transitioning. They are gentle, non-toxic, and made from natural ingredients, so they’re also safe for chemically treated or relaxed hair.
2. Can children use your products?
Most of our products are made with safe, mild ingredients and can be used on children aged 3 and above. If you're shopping for younger kids, kindly send us a message so we can guide you on the best picks.
3. How do I know which product is right for me?
We’ve grouped our products into categories to help with common concerns like dryness, breakage, shedding, and growth. Each product page also explains what it’s for and how to use it. Still unsure? Message us — we’ll ask you a few questions and recommend what’s best for your hair.
4. Do you sell product bundles?
Yes. We offer curated bundles for specific hair needs such as hair growth, moisture, and detangling. Bundles are cost-saving and give you a full routine in one purchase.
5. What’s the difference between the Moisturizing Shampoo and the Clarifying Shampoo?
The Moisturizing Shampoo is a gentle, everyday cleanser that keeps your hair hydrated. The Clarifying Shampoo is for deep cleaning — it removes buildup, flakes, and excess oil from the scalp. We recommend using the clarifying shampoo once or twice a month as a reset.
6. How do I place an order?
Simply go to the product you want, choose the size (if available), and click the "Add to Cart" button. When you're done shopping, go to Checkout, fill in your delivery details, and choose your payment method. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll take it from there.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via:

8. Do you accept Pay on Delivery?
No, we currently do not offer Pay on Delivery. Full payment is required before your order is processed. This helps us keep operations smooth and avoid delivery delays.
9. How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. You’ll see the full total (including shipping) before completing payment.
10. How much is delivery?
- Lagos: 2–3 working days
- Outside Lagos: 3–5 working days
If your location is in a remote area, it may take a bit longer.
11. Can I pick up my order?
No, we currently operate fully online and do not offer pickup at this time. All orders are delivered to your doorstep.
12. What’s your return or exchange policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items delivered in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll review and provide a resolution.
13. Do your products help with hair growth?
Yes. We’ve received great feedback from customers who noticed visible hair growth, improved texture, and reduced breakage after consistent use. For best results, follow a good routine and stay consistent.
14. Do you offer wholesale?
