Because our products are personal-use items and made with natural ingredients, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered in good condition. This is to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity for all our customers.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or not in good condition, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We’ll assess the issue and do our best to make it right.
To report a damaged item:
- Kindly send a clear photo or video showing the damage
- Include your order number and delivery details
- Email or WhatsApp our customer care team
Once we confirm the issue, we’ll offer a replacement or another solution based on the situation.
Wrong Item Received
If you mistakenly received the wrong product, kindly notify us within 3 days as well. We’ll arrange a swap at no extra cost to you, as long as the item is unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
