We currently ship nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:
- Within Lagos: 2–3 working days
- Outside Lagos: 3–5 working days
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Processing typically begins the same day or the next working day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
If your area is remote or not easily accessible, delivery might take a little longer, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
How Much is Delivery?
Your delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location. This ensures a fair and accurate rate depending on the distance and weight of your order.
You’ll see the total cost — including the delivery fee — before you make payment.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive a notification with delivery updates. If you need help tracking your order, feel free to reach out with your name and order details, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Where Do You Ship From?
All orders are packed and shipped from our base in Lagos, Nigeria.
Do You Offer Pickups?
- No, we currently do not offer pickup services. We operate fully online and deliver all orders directly to your doorstep.
Do You Ship Outside Nigeria?
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Nigeria.
What Happens If I Miss My Delivery?
If your order arrives and no one is available to receive it, the dispatch rider will contact you. If a second delivery attempt is needed, additional delivery fees may apply depending on your location and the delivery partner handling the shipment.
